What's for Dinner?

These posts will be dedicated to the food I try to make. Most of the time the idea is easy meals small enough for 2 people without having tons of left overs.

The first edition is green chile black beans, rice, and steamed veggies. These black beans are my favorite and they are so quick and easy! Its just a can of (low sodium) black beans with a small can of green chiles and a dash of garlic powder. Yum! The rice is a microwave bag of Uncle Ben's whole grain rice. Its easy and nutritious. Add in some steamed veggies for that fresh element and you have a vegetarian delight. I know this isn't the most complicated meal, but the flavors compliment each other well and this meal can be made in under ten minutes.
